Start free, pay for what you use

The account is free, and so is creating an organisation. After that, two simple ideas: modules turned on one by one, and Neos plans sized on how much you actually use the assistant.

Three principles, no surprises

Free to start

Account, organisation and first modules: no card is asked for to get going and try Eos with your team.

Modules one by one

Each module is turned on for one organisation — by subscription, as a one-off purchase, or included in a plan. You never pay for a tool you do not use.

No commitment

Subscriptions are cancelled in one click from the billing settings. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never store your card.

Neos, the AI assistant

The Neos plans

Each plan gives your organisation a weekly allowance of tokens — the assistant’s unit of work — and a number of seats. The allowance renews every week, at the hour you subscribed.

Understanding

What is a token?

A token is how an AI model’s work is measured: every request uses tokens in proportion to its length and to the length of the answer. A simple request — creating a task, finding a document — uses a few thousand; a full round-up of the week, considerably more.

Your use is visible in real time inside the organisation, and the allowance renews every week. If you run out, Neos says so plainly — nothing is billed as overage: you move up a plan only if you decide to.

FAQ

Questions about billing

Do I need a card to try Eos?

No. Creating an account, an organisation and the free Neos plan asks for no card. You only enter a payment method when you turn on a paid module or a higher plan.

How is module billing handled?

Each module is bought for one organisation, from the built-in marketplace: as a monthly or yearly subscription, as a one-off purchase, or included in a plan. Payment goes through Stripe and your invoices are available at any time in the billing settings.

Can I change Neos plan along the way?

Yes, at any time. The change takes effect at once: the new weekly allowance starts the moment you change. When moving to a smaller plan, the organisation first adjusts the number of seats to stay within the plan’s limit.

What happens if I cancel?

Your subscription stays live until the end of the period already paid for, then stops without renewing. Your data stays reachable: cancelling a module turns its screens off, it deletes nothing.

Are the prices shown with or without tax?

The prices shown are the prices paid: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code (small-business exemption). No tax is added at payment.

Do you have an offer for large teams?

The “Intensive” Neos plan has no member limit. For something particular — volume, contract, hands-on support — write to us through the Contact page: we build the offer with you.
