Modular workspace

Your team’s tools, one space. And an AI that really acts.

Eos brings tasks, documents, calendar, automations and monitoring together in one workspace per organisation. You turn on the modules you need, you set who sees what — and Neos, the built-in AI assistant, carries out your requests in plain language, never without your say-so.

Neos, the AI assistant

Ask in plain words, approve, it is done

“Add a task to chase the client on Friday, high priority.” Neos understands, prepares the action, shows you exactly what it is about to do — and only runs it once you approve. It knows your lists, your members and your statuses, because it lives in your workspace.

  • Every sensitive action is confirmed before it runs
  • Neos sees only its user’s modules and permissions
  • A panel available on every page of the organisation

Documents & tables

A Drive with three spaces: yours, the team’s, the shared one

Write documents, structure tables with typed columns, upload your files. My Drive stays private — not even the administrator goes in. The Public space belongs to the organisation, and what people entrust to you arrives in Shared with me, with a precise role: read or write.

  • Documents with rich editing and automatic summaries
  • Typed tables: text, dates, choices, members, checkboxes
  • Bin, storage quotas and revocable public links

Task management

Task lists your team actually uses

Statuses and priorities set per organisation, free-form tags, due dates with reminders, recurrence, list or kanban view. Sensitive lists are limited by role or by person — and Neos can create, find and update your tasks by voice… well, by keyboard.

  • List and kanban views over the same data
  • Recurrence: daily, weekly, “first Monday of the month”
  • Reminders following each member’s preferences

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Eos, exactly?

Eos is an online workspace for teams: each organisation turns on the modules it needs (task management, documents and tables, calendar, scheduled jobs, server monitoring…) and manages its members with precise roles. Neos, the built-in AI assistant, carries out your requests in plain language once you approve. The interface is available in French and in English.

How much does Eos cost?

Creating an account is free and asks for no card. Modules are turned on one by one, and the Neos assistant offers a free tier then plans from €12.90 a month. The details are on the Pricing page.

Can the AI assistant act without my approval?

No. Neos can freely read whatever its permissions allow, but every creation, change or deletion is shown first in a confirmation card: you accept, refuse or rephrase. Nothing runs without approval.

Can I limit what each member sees and does?

Yes. Each organisation defines its roles — two to start with (Administrator, Member) and as many bespoke roles as needed. A role sets access to each module and each permission, and holds everywhere: interface, API and assistant.

Can I run several organisations from one account?

Yes. One account can belong to several organisations — useful for agencies or teams that keep their clients apart. Each organisation’s data, members, roles and subscriptions are strictly separate.

Where is my data hosted?

Application data is stored in a dedicated MongoDB database and files in private object storage (Cloudflare R2), never publicly exposed: every download goes through a short-lived signed link. The details are on the Security page.
