Modules that work together

Each module is turned on for one organisation, inherits its members and roles, and talks to the others: a task can be born from a document, the assistant handles them all, and the rights are set in one place.

Task management

Tasks that speak your language

Your statuses, your priorities, your tags — not a template’s. Each organisation sets its own vocabulary, and the whole module follows it: the views, the filters, the reminders, and the assistant too.

  • Statuses and priorities set per organisation
  • Lists shared or restricted — by role or by person
  • Fine-grained recurrence: “every fortnight”, “the first Monday of the month”
  • Due dates with reminders following each person’s preferences
  • List view and kanban view over the same data

Documents, tables & files

A Drive that replaces three tools

Documents with rich editing, tables with typed columns, files you upload: three uses, one place, three spaces — yours (private, even from the administrator), the organisation’s, and what people share with you.

  • Documents with automatic summaries and a reading width
  • Typed tables: text, numbers, dates, choices, members, checkboxes
  • Public forms that fill your tables on their own
  • Anonymous sharing links, revocable at any moment
  • Bin, quotas and storage tracking

Neos, the AI assistant

An assistant that acts — never without you

“Add a task to chase the client on Friday, high priority.” Neos understands, prepares the action, shows you exactly what it is about to do — and only runs it once you approve. It knows your lists, your members, your statuses: it lives in your space, not in a separate tab.

  • Every write goes through a confirmation card
  • It exercises YOUR permissions — nothing more
  • Available on every page of the organisation
  • A free tier to try it, with a clear weekly quota

Roles & permissions

Who sees what? You decide, once

Administrator, Member, or “Junior dev”: each organisation invents its roles, and each role sets, module by module, what it can see and do. The setting holds everywhere — the interface, the API and the assistant obey the same rules.

  • Named roles, with permissions per module
  • One-off additions and removals per person when needed
  • An invitation carries a role: the right permissions on arrival
  • A permission taken away applies at once

In short

What Eos covers, in one space

Every tool compared is excellent at what it does. What sets Eos apart: it is all in the same space, under the same roles — and the assistant can act across the lot.

IncludedPartial, or through a separate tool— Absent

Comparison drawn up in good faith from the publishers’ public offerings as observed in August 2026 — products change: tell us about any inaccuracy through the contact page. “Partial” means the capability exists in a limited form, or through a separate application or module from the publisher. The brands named belong to their respective owners.

How it works

One module, three guarantees

On at once

A module goes on in one click from the organisation’s marketplace, and off the same way — with no loss of data.

The same roles everywhere

A module inherits the organisation’s roles: the rights are set once and hold for the interface, the API and the assistant.

Neos knows them

Modules expose their capabilities to the assistant: the richer your space gets, the more Neos can do — always within the limits of your permissions.

FAQ

Questions about the modules

Do I have to turn every module on?

No — that is the whole point of Eos: each organisation turns on only the modules it needs. You can start with one module and enrich your space over time.

Is Eos an alternative to Notion or ClickUp?

For team work, yes: tasks, documents, tables and files live in a space bounded by organisation, with precise roles and an interface available in French and in English. Eos adds what those tools do not cover — scheduled jobs, server monitoring, an assistant that acts once approved. Each keeps its strengths: compare against your own use.

What does the “Beta” badge mean?

A module in beta is usable and maintained, but its scope is still moving. Your data in it is handled with the same guarantees as everywhere else.

Does turning a module off delete my data?

No. Turning a module off hides its screens and its entry points, but deletes nothing: turn it back on and you find everything again.

Can I ask for a module that does not exist yet?

Yes, and that is precisely how the catalogue grows: write to us through the Contact page describing what you need.
