The account is free, creating an organization is free, and no card is asked for to get started. After that, two ideas: modules à la carte — subscription, one-off purchase, or included in a plan — and Neos plans sized on real assistant usage.
When an organization goes past its plan

Nothing stops at that moment.

Seven days of grace
To come back inside the limits, or to change plan.

Suspension, not deletion
After that, the organization is suspended until it is sorted out. Nothing is deleted.

Are prices shown with or without tax?
The prices shown are the prices paid: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code. No tax is added at payment time.
Is there an offer for large teams?
The “Intensive” Neos plan has no member limit. For anything specific — volume, contract, onboarding — write to us from the Contact page.
