A token is how an AI model’s work is measured: every request consumes some, in proportion to its length and the answer’s. A simple request — create a task, find a document — costs a few thousand; a full weekly review costs more.
Each Neos plan gives the organization a weekly token allowance and a number of seats. The allowance renews every week, at the hour you subscribed.

In real time inside the organization, on the Neos module page: the remaining allowance and the next renewal date.
Does a long conversation cost more?
Yes: the thread is re-read at every turn, so a long conversation consumes more than a series of short, independent requests.
