Signing up by email or with Google, what it asks for, and what happens right after.

Creating an Eos account is free and asks for no card details. It takes a minute, and nothing you do afterwards sits behind a payment until you enable a paid module.

Open the sign-up page
From any page on the site, the “Create an account” button in the top bar.

Pick your method
An email and a password, or your Google account in one click. Both lead to the same account: you can add the other method later from your settings.

Confirm
A welcome email confirms the account. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder before writing to us.
Frequently asked
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. Creating the account, creating an organization and the free Neos plan ask for no payment method. You only enter one when you enable a paid module or move to a higher plan.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, from your user settings, Profile section. The old address then stops working for signing in.
I forgot my password.
The sign-in page offers a reset link: you receive a message with a single-use address, valid for one hour.
