Account, organization, module, role, permission, plan, token: the words that come back everywhere, defined once.

Seven words come back across the whole product and this whole help centre. Here they are, in the order you meet them.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Account | A person. It holds the name, avatar, language, notifications and sessions. It outlives every organization. |
| Organization | A workspace. It holds the members, the enabled modules, the data and the billing. |
| Member | An account inside an organization, with one or more roles. |
| Module | A working discipline — To-Do, Drive, Calendar, Cron, Server monitor, Neos — enabled organization by organization. |
| Role | A named set of permissions. An organization starts with Administrator and Member, and can create more. |
| Permission | One precise right on a module: view, create, edit, delete, administer. |
| Plan | The subscription tier of an organization or of Neos; it sets limits and an allowance. |
| Token | The assistant’s unit of work. Every request consumes some, in proportion to its length and the answer’s. |
